This Saturday, July 26th, the Signature Staff team came together for a team-building workshop designed to strengthen our team culture and align us even more closely with our values.
Our team, led by Vlasta Eriksson, along with Jack Donald, Tea Featon, Pearl Brunner, Alek Eriksson, Tania Mazzer, and Lorena Oriundo, enjoyed an inspiring morning with our Business Coach, Cameron Matthew. Cameron kicked off the session with a thought-provoking video that encouraged us to reflect on the importance of culture, staying aligned with our values, and fostering a positive work environment—one where we feel safe, happy, and proud to call our workplace our second home.
Throughout the session, we shared ideas, collaborated, and revisited the meaning of our values, with the goal of projecting them not only to our clients and staff but also to our community and everyone connected to Signature Staff.
Considering our vision is Connecting to make a difference, our refreshed and reinforced values are:
-
Loving what we do – The driving force behind our work. We are passionate about what we do and support each other to achieve the best outcomes for our clients and staff.
-
Service. Helping and supporting others – We go beyond expectations to assist our clients with their needs.
-
Systems. Steady, secure, and effective to promote growth – We strive to be productive and efficient by using systems that optimise our processes. If something doesn’t work, we are proactive in improving or changing it to deliver better service.
-
Accountability. Own your sh!t – We take full responsibility for our actions, learning from both successes and mistakes.
-
Integrity. Doing what we say – Being honest, keeping our promises, and maintaining the credibility that defines us.
-
Communication. Encouraging meaningful engagement – We learn, listen, and connect with others to make a positive difference.
To close the workshop, we shifted gears and relaxed with Rose Genesio from The Dancing Rose, who led us through her session, “The Physical Body: The Flow of Energy.” This mindful experience helped us reconnect with ourselves and concluded with a short tapping class—a practical technique to reduce stress during challenging moments.
It was a wonderful day full of learning, connection, and positive energy, reminding us why we love what we do—so we can continue delivering excellent results for our clients and staff, staying strategic and systematic, and maintaining the integrity and trust that make Signature Staff unique.
