Vlasta Eriksson, CEO of Signature Staff and a dedicated BNI member for over 17 years, has been recognised as one of the top contributors in the newly launched book “20 Secrets to Maximise Your BNI Membership”. The book was officially unveiled at the 2025 BNI National Conference, held on 24 May in Brisbane, and highlights the powerful role of strategic networking in business success.

In her chapter, “ROI Reality Check: Track, Tweak, Repeat and Win”, Vlasta offers a clear, practical guide to turning weekly BNI activity into measurable return on investment. She breaks down her own routine—attending every meeting, giving referrals, holding 1-2-1s, bringing visitors, and dedicating time to BNI learning—and explains how consistency and accountability are key to getting results.
