On Sunday, 14 December, the Signature Staff team gathered at our Cairns office for a vibrant and lively staff party, celebrating a year of hard work, dedication, and teamwork. The event kicked off at 3 pm with plenty of food, drinks, and games, providing the perfect opportunity for colleagues from all areas of the business — including food and beverage teams, chefs, and labourers — to connect, relax, and enjoy each other’s company.

The celebration was hosted by our Director, Vlasta Eriksson, alongside our office team: Stacey Rodman, Temporary Placement Officer, and Lorena Oriundo, Content Creator & Recruitment Assistant. Our General Manager, Jack Donald, was also in attendance, helping to make the day a true highlight of the year. The afternoon was filled with laughter, friendly competition in games, and heartfelt conversations that strengthened the bonds within our team.

A key moment of the event was the recognition of our team’s outstanding achievements through our annual awards. This year’s winners included:

• Tanda Ninja: Diego Jacay, for his exceptional skills and reliability in managing our systems

  

• Best Clock In – Clock Out: Hugo Dardoize, for consistency, punctuality, and professionalism
