About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Spray Painter to deliver high-quality finishes in a fast-paced workshop environment. You will work closely with the panel team to ensure efficient vehicle flow while maintaining strict quality standards and minimising rework.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare vehicle surfaces for painting (sand, strip, fill, clean)
- Mix and match paint to manufacturer specifications
- Apply coatings using spray equipment and hand tools
- Complete touch-ups and final finishes
- Identify and report defects
- Maintain equipment and ensure a clean, safe workspace
About You
- Trade qualified in Automotive Refinishing
- 3+ years’ experience in a collision repair environment
- Strong knowledge of paint systems and application techniques
- High attention to detail and quality standards
- Ability to manage multiple jobs and meet deadlines
- Strong focus on workplace health and safety
- Reliable and able to work both independently and in a team
