�� Roles We’re Recruiting
We are expanding our temp pool across all hospitality departments:
 
– Kitchen (All Levels)
Commis Chefs, Chef de Partie, Senior Chefs, Head Chefs, Cooks, Catering Assistants, Kitchen Hands & Stewards
– Front of House
Food & Beverage Attendants, Café All Rounders, Baristas, Bar Attendants, Duty Managers & Supervisors
– Housekeeping
Room Attendants, Public Area Attendants & Laundry Attendants
 
Whether you’re highly experienced or building your hospitality career, we want reliable professionals who take pride in their work.
 
�� Tickets & Compliance
– QLD RSA required for all Front of House staff
– Food Handler’s Certificate required for kitchen roles and applicable FOH positions (e.g. Baristas & some Food & Beverage staff)
– RSG & RMLV advantageous
– Blue Card, Yellow Card & Police Clearance advantageous (not essential)
– Driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle required for those wishing to accept regional shifts outside of Cairns
