| No, you don’t need to work harder! If working harder was the solution I am sure you would have been able to achieve what you wanted to achieve by now. Yes, I believe in hard work. And I’m sure you have heard the overused and often empty cliché “work smarter not harder.” Here’s the kicker…………….work hard at being smart. Invest some time thinking about how you can run your business better, what’s working well that you can do more of and very, very importantly, what’s not working and either stop doing it or change what you are doing. |
